Jessica Anderson brings a highly personal, service-oriented approach to Colorado mountain real estate, combining practical property knowledge with the responsiveness and communication that have become hallmarks of her work with buyers and sellers.
Her clients consistently recognize her for attentive service, clear communication and follow-through-qualities that have helped her build an independent real estate presence and a loyal base of clients throughout the Denver and mountain markets.
Raised around construction as the daughter of a builder, Jessica developed an early understanding of the relationship between homes, land and infrastructure. Her real estate practice builds on that foundation with practical familiarity with wells, onsite wastewater systems, winter access, solar exposure, zoning, patented mining claims and the particular considerations associated with historic mountain acreage.
Based in Golden, Jessica works comfortably between metropolitan Denver and Colorado’s mountain communities. She has a particular interest in exceptional mountain homes, undeveloped acreage and properties suited to legacy residences and alpine lifestyles.

Carl Schembri brings an uncommon combination of real estate brokerage, development and construction experience to VEDA MODERN PROPERTIES, shaped by more than a decade of working directly with complex mountain properties in Colorado’s historic mining districts.
As both a Colorado Managing Broker and General Contractor, Carl approaches real estate from the perspective of someone who has taken properties well beyond acquisition. His experience includes land assemblage and evaluation, entitlement and municipal approvals, infrastructure, site planning, historic preservation, residential development, design coordination and construction.
Much of that experience has developed through a long-standing relationship with Bonanza Land LLC and its extensive collection of historic mountain properties. Working across patented mining claims, former mining landscapes and high-elevation acreage has given Carl particular familiarity with properties whose value and potential are not always evident through conventional real estate analysis.
His development work has ranged from contemporary residences on repurposed mining properties to the creation of Roworth Heights within the Central City National Historic District, where new residential development required the coordination of planning, engineering, historic preservation review, infrastructure and construction.
Through VEDA MODERN PROPERTIES, Carl brings that accumulated experience to the representation of distinctive land, development opportunities and exceptional properties. His role may begin and end with brokerage, or extend into feasibility, development strategy, design and construction when those disciplines can help a client better understand—and ultimately realize—the possibilities of a property.
